Northwest Earth Institute - Seattle Chapter
Fall 2009 Offerings
NWEI offers seven study guides for small groups. These self-guided discussion courses are offered in workplaces, universities, homes, faith centers, neighborhoods, and community centers throughout North America. Each program encourages participants to explore values, attitudes, and actions through discussion with other people.
Please join us at a General Presentation to learn more about the courses being offered or sign up directly for any of the courses listed below by clicking on the appropriate link in the event column. The starting date for each course is listed below, however each course meets for multiple sessions at weekly intervals as follows: Global Warming (4 sessions), Healthy Children (7 sessions), Menu for the Future (6 sessions), Sense of Place (7 sessions), Sustainable Living (7 sessions), Voluntary Simpicity (5 sessions). A General Presentation is a one time event.
The cost of the discussion guides is $20/guide plus shipping from Portland. There is NO additional per person cost if individuals wish to share discussion guides.
